New Products from Regent!

New products from Regent include Hokaido Fish Crackers, Pineapple Pie, and Mochi

My mom had nothing to do these past few days so she tried to send an email to Regent. She told them that we have patronized their products for a long time (since I was at preschool) and thanked them for the delicious products they have made these past few years (how touching). XD

Regent was very thoughtful to have replied to her. They asked for our address and asked us if we wanted to try their new products. My mom quickly replied to Regent and after a few days, voila! We had our hands on some very nice products.

Regent Mochi Mango Flavor
Mochi is simply a Japanese rice snack made up of glutinous rice cake and a filling which varies from ice cream to pudding to bean paste, etc. But the Regent Mochi? A MUST BUY. Its soft and chewy, and the added coolness makes it so refreshing. Most Mochi's are sold for almost a hundred Pesos per piece. I've tried one myself, and it sure was heavenly. Although, almost a hundred Pesos for just a single piece? Regent lets you have a taste of a Mochi for just P48 per pack! Well, nothing beats the original but it sure is 99% close. Regent Mochi is best served chilled.

Regent Hokaido Fish Crackers

Hokaido Fish Crackers is is not just your ordinary type of fish crackers. If you loved their Tempura crackers, you'll surely love this one as well. Sold at P18.50, it has a unique flavor that makes it stand out among other fish crackers. I can't put my finger on it, but it has a unique, addicting flavor that leaves you wanting for more. Its crispiness is perfect and what I love about it the most is that once you open it, you'll definitely find a bag full of chips, and not just a bag of 60% air and 40% chips.

Regent Pineapple Pie
Pineapple Pie is another snack that is great for baon. It may be small, but it packs a punch of flavor from Cagayan de Oro's own Pineapples. The rough outside texture reminds me of the crust of cheesecakes and the filling is rather dry and chewy and has real pineapple bits. Each bite-sized piece are individually wrapped in small packs.

Other products they sent include Assorted Cakes (which are my favorite since pre-school) and Ikasen and Yasai (squid and vegetable flavored snacks), both of which I have tried many times before.

After trying these, we quickly got on our feet and looked for them at the nearest grocery store! Mochi also has an assorted flavor pack, where you'll find mini-sized mochi with different colors and tastes, only at P48.
